Columbia College believes in a fair and clear process for all students applying to return to the College after withdrawal has taken place.
If you would like to be considered for re-admission, please do the following:
- Complete Columbia College application form which can be accessed on the website by clicking here or at the back of a Columbia College Academic Calendar or through the front desk at Columbia College.
- Write a letter explaining the following:
- why you withdrew or were withdrawn
- what has changed since you left
- why you think you should come back to school
- Attach any documentation (plane tickets, death certificates, medical certificate, etc.) that proves you are ready to come back to school. These documents should show that the reason/s why you withdrew or were withdrawn no longer exists. Please provide copies and not originals of your documents to support your letter.
- Mail this information to:

- Your request for re-admission will be given to a committee. Once a decision is made, you will be informed of the decision by a letter from the Registrar’s Office.
