Most English as a Second Language facilitators have met ATESL certification requirements and have up to 5 or more years of ESL teaching experience. Academic personnel have a minimum of a university degree in a related field (e.g. B.A., B.Ed). Some have completed post-graduate course work or hold Masters degrees. All have a strong and solid history of commitment to the field of ESL education, multiculturalism, immigrant settlement and integration issues.
The Administrative personnel are highly qualified, skilled and dedicated individuals. They provide quality administrative support to staff and students as well as culturally sensitive and professional customer service.
