Career Advisors are knowledgeable about the current labour market including information on wages, employment outlook, and the skills needed to be successful in the occupation or industry of your choice.
All learners are encouraged to meet with a career advisor to clarify career direction or determine occupations of interest. Career Advisors will initiate discussions around strengths, personal interests, and career aspirations. From these conversations, the learner and career advisor work together to develop a career plan.
